We have hundreds of satisfied customers,
both venue owners and individuals, and many express their thanks on the
night, but it is rare for anyone to put pen to paper and write a letter. That
makes it all the more pleasing when a letter is received showing satisfaction
for a job well done. Here are a few examples:
Dear Jon, Re: Wedding on Saturday 14th August. Many, many thanks to you and your colleagues on Saturday. I'm Joanna's (the Bride) Mum and we are all really anxious to let you know how excellent you all were. Our guests enjoyed themselves tremendously -- largely thanks to you and your friends. Many, many thanks, Judy Seddon
To Jon &
Co, We wanted to
say thankyou so much for your entertainment at our wedding reception. Our first
dance was fabulous and it was sung well. We had a
great day and evening and we will recommend you in the future. With warm
wishes from Sharon &
Andrew Reed This one was received by the agency who arranged the booking...
Dear Marceline and Chris, Further to our telephone conversation earlier this week, we write to
confirm how pleased we were that you were able to arrange for Jon Scott to
entertain us at our family party. He was the ideal choice. He was able to adapt to a confined performing space and pitched his
amplification perfectly for the size of the room. His musicianship was
accomplished, his repertoire was well chosen for the mixed age group and our
[French] parents were delighted by his few words of French. He contributed significantly to the success of the occasion. Our thanks again to him and our compliments to you for having such a
fine artist on your books. Yours sincerely, Florence and David
