THE DUOS

With a new name that reflects the wide range of music on offer, this extremely popular duo is led by singer and keyboard player Jon Scott and features one of several leading female vocalists. They are available for almost any event from Dinner~Dance functions to Social Nights, wedding receptions and birthday celebrations. A recent addition to the line-up is Rachel who has considerable experience as a professional singer on cruise ships and in holiday camps. Rachel Each takes it in turn to sing lead while Jon also plays either electric piano or hand-held keyboard accompanied by tracks. All their music is perfect for dancing - with well over 400 songs and a fabulous light show, these help to create a real party atmosphere with disco and party numbers and recent chart hits (click MUSIC button on the main page to go to the list of songs). Jon seen here with Stacey Another of Jon’s singers of many years standing, Pip now lives in Kent and is often unavailable for the more westerly bookings, although she still completes the duo at hotel functions in Worthing, Brighton and Eastbourne. THE PARTY DUO PARADOX consists of singer and keyboard player Jon Scott with help from Chris Laker on guitar. Chris has recently taken to helping out with the vocals. They can cover a variety of events, being equally happy to entertain for functions in hotels to pubs and clubs, and are particularly useful where budget is a consideration, especially midweek. All their music is perfect for dancing, with a wide selection of songs. The show also includes a selection of lighting effects. Jon and Chris can also do something the other duo cannot – they are able to cover a wide range of Singalong music, as Chris started working with Jon by helping out at seniors nights. That said, they are often seen playing in crowded pubs, letting their short hair down. The professional backing tracks help to create a real party atmosphere, especially for the disco and party numbers and recent chart hits (see MUSIC link from the main page for a list of songs).
